Welcome to Mrs. Jacobs' 8th grade language arts class!
Throughout the year students will polish their writing ideas, organization, style, and conventions as they work to become succesful composers. As we focus on narrative, persuasive, and expository writing students will perform, create, and WRITE! Since writing, reading, speaking, and listening are essential life skills, this year will certainly prepare all students for future endeavors.
I am very excited to work with your students to help them grow as writer's and citizens!
